American Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing at SJC

An American Airlines flight from San Jose to Dallas had to circle back to San Jose International Airport after the pilot resported mechanical issues and elected to come back.
Flight 1019 departed from SJC to Dallas at 6:30 a.m. and landed safely at SJC at 7:12am. It taxied back to Gate 12 and the passengers had to get off the plane.
No injuries were reported and the airline will have to rebook the 160 passengers.
