Casualties confirmed after plane CRASHES in desert

PLANE CRASH: The aircraft went down near the town of Wickenburg
EMERGENCY service crews have raced to a crash site after a plane went down in Arizona.
The Federal Aviation Administration said the plane smashed into the ground north-west of the town of Wickenburg. 
Officials later added the small singe-engine Cirrus SR22 aircraft crashed at about 11.40am (7.40pm BST) on Tuesday. 
Two victims on were reported to have been onboard when it went down.

Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office said one of the occupants was flown to a hospital in the city of Phoenix for treatment. 
The second victim did not need medical treatment, according to deputies. 
The crash happened in a very rural part of the state. 
Photos taken at the site showed officials huddled near the burned-out aircraft on a hill.
