~I have not ever done anything to stay young looking,
& that includes:surgery,botox,artificial parts,any removal of my body parts,or enhancements~©



***~I did however have the use of a juicer years ago,
I do take vitamins,
&natural supplements ie;calcium, fruit smoothies,
garlic,omega fish-oils,soy products,
&I eat healthy with a excellent supply of chips,vitamin water,candy bars,peanutbutter,chile peppers,onions,ice-cream,radishes,tomatoes,chicken,fish,eggs,all kinds of breads,cheese,yogurt,real butter,lemon-lime sodas,sautees,homemade soups:pea&turnip being one of my favorite,
fish CREAM chowders:ONLY REAL FISH;TILAPIA,COD FISH,HADDOCK,FLOUNDER ETC.
(YES:homemade chowders;soups etc.)stews,Lamb, chicken&dumplings;teas,hot-cocoa,lettuces,cabbages,celery,
horseradish,ketchup,spices&spice extracts,mayonaise,mustard,pickles,rice,legumes,squashes,fruits,milks
(variety),jams,preserves,jellies,
jell-o,pudding,oatmeal,cream of wheat,all kinds of vegetables,fish;
(none with shells),cakes,cookies,brownies,assorted nuts,red-meat,beef
,cheeses,only: hot-dogs, polish-sausage,sauerkraut,pastas,latkes,pancakes,waffles,french-toast,syrups,bell-peppers,etc,
&I walk all of time carrying my groceries etc.,
I also run errands&clean&organize Jesus Christ My Husband THE MESSIAH "S&My rev.12 Home etc.~©

&~I DONOT sun-bathe,drink alcohol or do any recreational drugs~©


***Young looks are hereditary in my family~©

~I have not ever had money in my whole life for any surgical cosmetics,
&even If did,
I would not ever do anything by joining ur Lu-vain love train~©
