Your McAfee account needs a password. You will use it to log in to your account to get info about your apps and subscriptions.

SET UP ACCOUNT PASSWORD

Your subscription is set to renew automatically. If you have a monthly subscription, we'll use the payment info we have on file to process your payment 7 days before your renewal date. If you purchased a subscription of one year or longer, we'll process your payment 30 days before your renewal date.


CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY


You can cancel your subscription by turning auto-renew off from your My Account page. If you purchased a monthly subscription, canceling the monthly subscription will stop the recurring fee going forward, and you will have access to your subscription until your last payment expires. Canceling your monthly subscription will not retroactively refund subscription payments, and previously charged subscription fees cannot be pro-rated based on cancelation date. If you purchased a subscription of one year or longer and you are not satisfied with your McAfee software, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your software purchase.


VIRUS PROTECTION PLEDGE POLICY


To be eligible for VPP, you must be actively enrolled in our auto-renewal service with a qualifying product installed. If we cannot remove a virus from a device we support (see VPP System Requirements), we’ll refund the actual amount you paid for the qualifying product (for the current term of your subscription), or the value of the qualifying product if it was included in a bundle (see terms of service for details), less any discounts, rebates, refunds, shipping, handling or taxes. The refund does not apply to any damage or loss caused by a virus – we strongly recommend that you always backup your data to prevent data loss. Refer to our terms of service for details: mcafee.com/pledge.


AUTO-RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION TERMS


As part of our "Always On" Protection Program, your subscription will be automatically renewed 30-days before its expiration date, at the renewal term subscription price in effect at the time of renewal billed to the payment card we have on file. Pricing is subject to change. Your subscription is ongoing and will continue [annually] until you cancel. If you would like additional information or to cancel your subscription or modify your auto-renewal settings, log onto your My Account page or contact Customer Support. Upon request, we will provide you a full refund if you cancel your subscription(s) within 60 days of being charged. McAfee will contact you with notifications of any changes to your account or changes to membership fees.
