Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

Your satisfaction is very important to me so please pay special attention to item listing details such as length and size, and matting color before purchasing.
I do my best to describe each item as best I can to help you make an informed decision and purchase.
I also try to take the best photo that possible so that the colors and textures of the items listed are as real to life as possible.

If for any reason you are not happy upon receiving your package, any item may be returned for a full refund of the purchase listing price (excluding shipping cost) l refund/ credit or exchange - within a 7 day period (upon receiving).

Please contact me first before making any returns.
I require that buyers pay for return shipping, and require delivery confirmation so I know when the week begins.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to reimburse return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in new, resealable condition. Items that arrive dirty, damaged or broken will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be taken off the amount to be refunded.

Please note there are NO REFUNDS on personalized designs or custom orders.

Shipping policies

Shipments will be sent within 1-3 business days , with tracking number provided when I send you notification your order has been shipped.

I'm using USPS, priority mail, usual deliver in 2-3 business days.

All items are carefully bubble wrapped and packaged to arrive to you in pristine condition.

Even when taking extreme precautions to keep these fragile orders safe, accidents may occasionally happen during shipment.
If for any reason your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so we can resolve the situation.
Any damage should be documented by taking pictures of both the package and designs included.
