Here are the few things we do know: Mueller did not exonerate Trump. The Special Counsel presented evidence of obstruction of justice, but apparently left the decision of criminally charging Trump to Barr. (Important to note: the standard for pursuing criminal charges is very different than for starting impeachment hearings.)
One of the impeachable offenses that Mueller did not examine specifically was Trump's violation of the Foreign Emoluments Clause of the Constitution. The Romanian Prime Minister stayed at Trump’s D.C. hotel last weekend.
Fourteen Republicans siding with Democrats was not enough for the House to override the President’s veto to overturn his “national emergency declaration.”
