Day #88 Of My TOUR IN SINUS HELL©
I am still not done with the congestion that I have been dealing with,
But I am not as dizzy as Previously told to u,
*And I am now using My new air conditioner,
But at night only,
and it doesn't seem to relieve my sinuses that much as I had so hoped it would,
I am still using the(generic)vicks vapor rub to help relieve my sinus discomfort,
I as I have told u,
I put some of the Vapor rub into a cup of steaming hot water,
&I then inhale it for about 20 minutes,
And I have also realized that the (generic) vicks vapor rub when inhaled relieves my anxiety and nervousness,
It truly helps me rev.12 relax for a little while,
And helps my sinuses drain a bit too,
I am still taking ibuprofen&The Tussin DM,
And using "Herbs" My Cool mist humidifier,
I go outside for fresh air as well,
I take hot baths and still use steam from the tea kettle too,
I keep asking God in the Name of Jesus Christ My Husband The Messiah to Heal Me rev.12 Jesus Christ's real wife,queen, Israelite, Prophet,
And God still absolutely Refuses to Heal Me out of His VINDICTIVENESS.©
