"There is "colored static" that comes from the closets in my apartment..."

I took pictures,there is "colored static" that comes,from the closets in my home,and onto me, "it looks to me like "static" is what "the air"is,made of."
"The colored static"moves around"in "different formations"gathering onto me",and "onto different fixtures"
"gathers on top othe doors,and along them,"etc.
 I actually yelled at it and "it shrunk back" Not a lie.
It moves all around my home,I have the pictures in my other phone."
