The young prince and princess were seen hand in hand with their parents as they crossed the runway and boarded the Embraer Legacy 600 jet in Warsaw, Poland, this morning.
George, who appeared a little hesitant and shy when the family first arrived on Monday, was eager to board the plane and tugged at his father's hand as the Duke said goodbye to waiting dignitaries.
The young Prince, who will turn four on Saturday, went ahead of William and carefully climbed up the steps of the jet, which seats 13 people.
Charlotte also seemed impatient, and pulled at Kate's hand in attempt to join her brother as he made his way up to the plane cabin.
But by the time the Cambridges arrived in Berlin for the second leg of their five-day European trip, George appeared worn-out after the flight.
He rubbed his eyes and buried his face into his father's side as they disembarked the plane.

But two-year-old sister Charlotte was much chirpier as she was handed a beautiful little posy from waiting to greet them at Berlin Tegel Airport.
She earlier stole the show as the two-year-old scaled the private jet's steep steps using her hands and feet.
When the plane touched down in Berlin, where a small group of officials were waiting to greet the royal visitors, Charlotte was spotted peering out of a window.
After clambering up the plane steps in Warsaw, the journey down them in Berlin was slower, with the young princess holding on to a rail with one hand while clasping Kate's fingers with the other.
Till Knorn, the German government's head of protocol, presented the Duchess and her daughter with a posy each.
Charlotte's floral gift was a miniature version of her mother's and, as she smelt her bouquet, George, who was holding William's hand, reached out for Kate's posy and she lifted it out of his way.
The three-year-old prince appeared a little bored with the formalities of the official welcome and at one point buried his face in his arm as William chatted to Sir Sebastian Wood, Britain's ambassador to Germany.

But she needn't have worried as she was given some language tips as she met with members of the public who were awaiting the arrival of the Royal couple close to the Brandenburg Gate.
A crowd of around 2,000 gathered in the city centre - yards from where the Berlin Wall once stood.
Tracey Spagatner, 49, who is English but has lived in Germany for 36-years, speaking about meeting Kate, said: “The Duchess said, ‘My German is a bit rusty. How do you say, ‘What is your name?’ in German?’ I said, ‘Wie heiรŸen Sie’, or ‘Wie heiรŸt du?’”
Ten seconds later Kate was talking to 15-year-old Sina Hennig from Stuttgart.

DUCHESS OF CORN-SHAWL

By GABRIELE DIRVANAUSKAS, Fashion Editor
KATE gave the cold shoulder last night in one of her most stylish looks to date.
The Duchess wore a red Alexander McQueen gown, worth £1,450, to a party thrown by the British Ambassador.

Off the shoulder necklines have been a huge hit this summer.
Earlier she wore a custom made Catherine Walker dress and coat in a shade of cornflower — Germany’s national bloom.

Similar items cost £4,600. Kate also wore £3,500 earrings and a £1,400 necklace by Kiki McDonough, along with her £4,600 Cartier watch.

She accessorised with a £650 blue satin Jimmy Choo clutch bag and £470 nude heels.
Sina said: “She said that she had just learned a new phrase - ‘Ich heiรŸe Catherine.’ It was very good!”
The couple spent around 20 minutes at the Gate, where they were greeted by the mayor of Berlin.
A German television crew whose reporter had dressed up in a guardsman’s uniform, complete with bearskin helmet, was in the crowd.
Daniel Boschmann of breakfast channel Sat.1, said: “I am trying to attract her attention. I wanted to make her feel at home.”
Gesturing at his scarlet tunic, he added: “Is it nearly like the original, or is it an obvious fake?”
The family are making the trip at the request of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
They visited the Brandenburg Gate, the German capital's most famous landmark and a symbol of the country's unification and met with crowds gathered on Pariser Platz in front of the gate.
The Royal couple then made their way to the Holocaust museum where they toured the institution and the nearby Holocaust memorial.

They will return to the west of the city and meet President Frank-Walter Steinmeier at the Bellevue Palace, and in the evening attend a Queen's birthday party held in the gardens of the British ambassador's residence.
